Overview

Our counsellor/therapist provides a comprehensive range of therapeutic services aimed at supporting individuals in their journey towards improved mental health and well-being. With a compassionate and client-cantered approach, our therapist creates a safe and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Through individual counselling sessions, they work collaboratively with clients to identify and address challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and stress management.

Our therapist utilizes evidence-based techniques and interventions tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. This may include cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), mindfulness-based practices, and solution-focused therapy, among others. Additionally, our therapist offers group therapy sessions, workshops, and psychoeducation to promote personal growth and skill development.
