Once the orders are placed, I am responsible for serving food promptly and presenting dishes in an appealing manner. I take pride in delivering plates to the table with care, ensuring that they look as enticing as they taste. Throughout the meal, I keep a watchful eye on customers' drink levels, promptly refilling glasses to ensure they never go empty. Checking in periodically, I visit tables to ensure that guests are satisfied with their meals and to address any concerns or requests they may have.
Clearing plates and utensils from the table is part of maintaining a tidy dining area and ensuring a comfortable environment for guests. I swiftly remove empty dishes, making room for the next course and ensuring that the table remains clutter-free. Handling payments efficiently and accurately is another aspect of my role, as I bring the bill, process payments, and provide change if necessary. Additionally, I provide recommendations on menu items if customers are unsure, leveraging my knowledge of the menu to enhance their dining experience. Finally, I communicate effectively with the kitchen, relaying orders and ensuring that the correct dishes are served to the guests.
